Job Description:
We seek EXPERIENCED inside technical sales representative for this challenging career position to handle inbound customer calls,

assist customers with orders (from quote stage through order completion), make product suggestions, develop customer relationships and

support outside sales staff.  The right candidate will have the opportunity for possible advancement to management level.

Job Experience:
We offer an excellent compensation and benefits plan, career development and training for a professional individual with

3 to 5 years sales or customer service experience in depth computer knowledge and strong telephone customer service skills

Industrial or technical industries background a plus.

Job Duties:
The ideal candidate will enjoy providing solutions to customers based on requests for products/services,

possess top-notch customer service skills and have the capability to communicate effectively by both oral and written means.

We need an individual who demonstrates the attitude of a team player as well as a team leader, dependability and, at a minimum,

a fundamental knowledge of our industry.  Direct experience with valve service and repair will be an advantage!

Job Requirements:
Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced and demanding environment, have great clerical skills, be organized,

have superior communication skills, have excellent math skills, exhibit high energy with a sincere sense of customer care,

be a local resident, a non-smoker, a U.S. Citizen.  Subject to initial and random drug testing.

Las Vegas, and Signal Hill.  We sell Process Valve Repair & Service.  Our parent company, Blair-Martin Co., Inc.,

is a respected Southern California Manufacturer's Representative and Distributor of Instrumentation and

Process Controls, located in Signal Hill.  We sell and service engineered process instrumentation products

that measure and control flow, pressure, level, etc. to multifaceted businesses.
