Basin Valve Company (a wholly owned subsidiary of Blair-Martin Co., Inc.) is a well-established Valve Repair and Service Company with operations in Bakersfield, Las Vegas and Signal Hill (Long Beach); in business since the mid-1960’s. We sell Process Valve Repair & Service (including sales of new ‘after-market’ valves).
We have two (2) openings for an outstanding experienced VALVE SERVICE MANAGER and VALVE SERVICE TECHNICIAN for our Las Vegas field operation.
The successful candidates will have industrial valve and instrumentation experience. They must successfully be able to perform repairs and service on relief valves, control valves, and manual valves from start to finish. Responsibilities include job setup, scheduling, tracking, follow-up, supervision of field service personnel, and product sales. This is a “hands-on” position requiring good organization, communication and managerial skills. Computer literacy necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Ø High school graduate +
Ø 7-10 years related work experience
Ø Good communication skills in dealing with customers, coworkers and management.
Ø Self-motivated; able to work independently.
Ø Capable of analyzing field problems and making decisions.
Ø Neat, clean, detail oriented and quality conscious.
Ø Subject to initial and random drug testing.
